The subscription requires a 12-month minimum commitment, then continues month-to-month after that. You can cancel anytime after the first 12 months. If you cancel, the website reverts to us, this protects our business model and ensures we can continue offering affordable monthly pricing.
Welcome back! You'll simply sign a new 12-month agreement and we'll get you set up again.
If you cancel early, you'll owe the difference between the full website cost ($3,800) and what you've already paid. We build long-term partnerships with our clients, and this structure ensures fairness for both sides while keeping monthly rates affordable.
Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period. After that, a $25 late fee applies. If multiple invoices remain unpaid without communication, we may need to cancel the contract and request full payment for the site. That said, we understand life happens. If you are facing challenges, just reach out. We're flexible and happy to work with you when there's open communication.
We send secure invoices through Square. Subscription payments are processed via credit or debit card (all major cards accepted). For one-time project payments, we use ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. We don't accept checks or money orders.
One-time only. If you need 3 extra pages, that's a single $300 charge, not $300 per month. You only pay for additional pages once.
If we can't design something you're completely happy with before building begins, we'll refund your initial payment. Once we move forward with development, refunds are no longer available, though we'll work with you to make sure you're satisfied. Any refunds beyond that point are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, the subscription continues month-to-month indefinitely after the 12-month minimum. This pricing model works because it spreads our costs over time, it typically takes 2-3 years to match what we'd earn from a one-time sale. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships where the value we provide (updates, support, maintenance) far exceeds the monthly cost, making the subscription pay for itself through the business your website generates.
Absolutely. After your 12-month minimum, you can purchase full ownership of your website for $2,500 flat, no matter how long you have been a subscriber. This one-time buyout transfers complete ownership to you, including all code, design files, and assets. The price never changes, so there is no pressure to buy early. Whether you are at month 13 or year 3, it's always $2,500. After buying, you own everything outright. Maintenance and support become optional at $50/month if you want to continue with us
Yes! We offer $50 a month subscription add on for unlimited edits and support. These are done with a 12 month minimum commitment as well. There's no turning it on and off every other month. Once you end it, if you want to reinstate, it you’ll need to sign another 12 month commitment.

Most websites are completed within 2-4 weeks from start to launch. The timeline depends primarily on how quickly you can provide content, images, and feedback during the design process. We'll keep you updated throughout and work around your schedule to get you live as soon as possible.
No, the website reverts back to us if you cancel before purchasing it outright, otherwise, everyone would subscribe for one month and cancel. However, you always keep your domain name and any content/assets you provided. We never hold those hostage.
Absolutely. Your domain always belongs to you, even if we register it on your behalf. If you ever cancel your subscription, we immediately transfer full domain ownership to you, no questions asked, no fees.
